Download and Print the Net Script & Roster

This document references features and steps while using the Google Chrome web browser on a desktop platform.  Make adjustments if you choose a different browser or platform.

SLO South County ARES members and Net Control Stations should periodically  print important documents to have them readily available.  On-line access can be interrupted by problems with this Google Site, internet services or commercial power, or may be unavailable during incidents and remote operations exercises.  Review this site periodically for document updates.

Saving as .PDF documents for printing and off-line viewing is recommended.

The steps are the same for the net script and the roster:

• Open the net script or the net roster using the links in the sidebar menu

• From the document File menu, choose Download > PDF

• A print preview will appear.  It should fit on one page.  At the top-right, choose EXPORT

• The .PDF document will be saved by your browser in your downloads folder or the local folder you choose to save it.

• Open the .PDF document and print it.  Keep the .PDF document for off-line viewing.
